Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telemarketing Agent to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting company services, generating and qualifying leads, and supporting sales growth through professional and effective communication. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on provided leads Promote company services and clearly explain offerings to potential customers Generate and qualify leads for the sales team Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer information Meet daily and weekly call volume and lead generation targets Handle customer queries in a professional and courteous manner Working Days & Hours Monday to Friday Shift timings may be subject to change based on operational requirements and project assignments Salary Negotiable based on experience and performance
Requirements
Proven experience as a telemarketing agent or in a similar sales role Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Good English speaking skills Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
