Remote Shifts is looking for a capable and responsible PHP Full-Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team in Bahawalpur.
We operate as an IT Process Management, AI and Digital Transformation company, helping traditional businesses move towards connected software systems, automation and AI-driven operations.
This is not a basic website development role.
We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for live business systems and work across ERP, software applications, APIs, integrations, servers, GitHub repositories and hosting environments.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
• PHP and MySQL development
• Perfex CRM ERP customisation and development
• Custom modules, workflows and business logic
• API and third-party software integrations
• Front-end and back-end development
• Existing web applications and internal software
• GitHub repositories and version control
• Hosting, servers and deployment environments
• System backups, recovery and security
• Software upgrades and maintenance
• Debugging and resolving live production issues
• Testing and delivering completed features
• AI and automation integrations
Requirements
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We are looking for a developer with approximately 1–2 years of solid professional experience.
You should have real experience working on complete systems—not only small projects or basic websites.
The ideal candidate should be able to understand an existing system, maintain it, improve it, integrate new technology and take responsibility for delivering working solutions.
Strong experience in the following is preferred:
• PHP
• MySQL
• JavaScript
• HTML/CSS
• APIs and integrations
• Git and GitHub
• Linux/hosting environments
• Database management
• Backup and deployment processes
• Full-stack application development
Experience with Perfex CRM, CodeIgniter, ERP systems, automation tools or AI integrations will be a major advantage.
