About the Role

Remote Shifts is looking for a professional, organized, and responsible Admin Officer to join our growing team in Bahawalpur.

We operate as an IT Process Management, AI, and Digital Transformation company, helping businesses improve operations through technology, automation, and efficient business processes.

This is not a routine administrative position.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Office administration and daily operations
  • Managing company records and documentation
  • Maintaining employee files and administrative reports
  • Handling office correspondence, emails, and official communications
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events
  • Coordinating with internal teams and management
  • Preparing reports, letters, and business documents
  • Managing office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination
  • Maintaining filing systems and digital records
  • Assisting with HR and recruitment-related administrative tasks
  • Supporting finance and operations with documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics when required
  • Managing confidential information with professionalism
  • Assisting management in administrative planning and execution

Requirements

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

We are looking for a candidate with approximately 1–2 years of professional administrative experience.

You should have practical experience managing office operations, maintaining records, handling communications, and supporting business functions in a professional environment.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Strong experience in the following is preferred:

  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Office administration
  • Documentation and record management
  • Email and calendar management
  • Report preparation
  • Communication and coordination
  • Data entry and document organization
  • Inventory and office supply management
  • Administrative support
  • Time management and multitasking

Experience with ERP systems, CRM software, HR documentation, project coordination, or business administration software will be considered a strong advantage.
